I recently purchased a Ford Maverick from Banister Ford of Marlow Heights, MD and I couldn’t have asked for a smoother experience. Since I was traveling more than 3 hours to pick up the vehicle, it was important to me that we had all of the paperwork, financing, and details worked out in advance. Since we were handling almost everything virtually, communication was key, and Brayan did an excellent job keeping us updated and informed every step of the way. He was responsive, helpful, and genuinely eager to make the process as easy as possible.
